For therapy you will need a prescription and clinical notes from your healthcare provider. You will then need to ask your healthcare provider to fax the notes and prescription to our office at 580-786-0767.
Your child's therapy starts with a referral from their doctor.
We’ll give you a call to schedule an evaluation that fits your schedule.
Complete your intake forms so we can get to know your child better.
Your child meets with one of our therapists in a fun, supportive environment.
We’ll also schedule ongoing therapy appointments during this visit, so you have times reserved!
We review results, create a care plan, and submit everything to insurance.
This step typically takes about 2 weeks.
Once insurance is approved, your child will start therapy at the times already scheduled.
